1. Authors’ Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the manuscript is original and free from plagiarism.
  • Do not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.
  • Provide proper and complete citations for all referenced sources.
  • Determine authorship based on significant contributions to the research.
  • Disclose any conflict of interest, if applicable.
  • Be willing to revise the manuscript in accordance with feedback from editors and reviewers.

2. Editors’ Responsibilities

  • Determine the suitability of manuscripts based on academic quality and alignment with the journal’s focus.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of authors and submitted manuscripts.
  • Act objectively without discrimination (religion, race, gender, or institutional affiliation).
  • Avoid conflicts of interest in decision-making.
  • Ensure a fair and unbiased review process.

3. Reviewers’ Responsibilities

  • Provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the reviewed manuscripts.
  • Identify potential plagiarism or substantial similarity.
  • Do not use information from the manuscript for personal benefit.
  • Declare any potential conflict of interest to the editor.

4. Publication Ethics

  • Avoid all forms of plagiarism, fabrication, and data falsification.
  • Uphold originality and scholarly contribution.
  • Any ethical violations will be handled according to journal policies (rejection, retraction, or author blacklisting).

5. Peer Review Process

  • The journal applies a double-blind peer review system.
  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
  • Final decisions are made by the editor based on the review results.

6. Plagiarism Policy

  • All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software.
  • The maximum similarity threshold is set (e.g., ≤20%).
  • Manuscripts exceeding the threshold will be returned or rejected.
